Thank you for choosing our travel packages at ICL Travels & Tours. By booking a trip through our website, you are considered to have agreed to the terms of use outlined below. Please take a moment to carefully read and understand the conditions related to your selected trip. These terms and conditions apply to bookings made through our websites, including:

  1. Pricing

    Our pricing policy ensures affordability and the convenience of online reservations. Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted on our website are per person and do not include gratuities for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, food and beverages, accommodation, room services, or laundry. Published rates may be subject to change without prior notice, especially in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as increases in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transportation expenses.

  2. Methods of Payment

    We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made using a credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This charge will appear on your statement.

  3. Confirmation of Payment

    Once your payment is complete, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation receipt via email. You can use this receipt as proof of payment when redeeming your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided accurate information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.

  4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

    4.1 Cancellation

    • Each tour activity, attraction, or hotel may have its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with ICL Travels & Tours, clients are advised to review the cancellation policy for that specific tour.
    • Combo tours can be canceled, but if you cancel any individual tour within a combo, you will forfeit the combo offer, and only the individual tour’s price for the non-canceled tour will be refunded.
    • Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on the ICL website.
    • When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services listed in the available options.

    4.2 No Show

    • If you fail to attend the tour, no partial or full refunds will be provided. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
  5. Cancellation Procedures

    Before making a cancellation, we recommend that you carefully review the cancellation rules specific to your tour package. To cancel all or part of your reservation, please notify ICL Travels & Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide information about any applicable fees. ICL Travels & Tours cannot be held responsible for cancellations that have not been received or confirmed.

  6. Itinerary Amendments

    Itineraries and services included in your package are subject to change based on local and weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. If such changes occur, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. We will notify you of any itinerary changes, if any, before departure. Please note that ICL Travels & Tours reserves the right to make minor itinerary amendments at any time without reimbursement. Additionally, no refunds will be provided in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.

  7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

    If we are unable to secure accommodation in your chosen hotel, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies vary by hotel and may not always align with guest preferences. ICL Travels & Tours cannot be held responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests that hotels may not accommodate due to their busy schedules.

  8. Travel Insurance

    ICL Travels & Tours is not responsible for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to address unforeseen events.

  9. Travel Documents

    Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the required documents for their tour, including passports or valid ID cards. This is especially important for international travelers. No refunds will be provided in the event of lost or missing documents. Passengers, regardless of nationality, should check with their country’s consulate for entry requirements before planning their visit. It is equally important to verify visa and health requirements with your consulate, as these may change without notice.

  10. Website Usage Restrictions

    All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant information, is proprietary to ICL Travels & Tours. By using this website, you agree not to exploit its content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

  11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

    Inclusion is mandatory and should include the following statement (Applicable as per the website Products/Services): “(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.”

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Inclusion is mandatory and should include one of the following statements: “Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.”
