Get Ready to Soar High

You will arrive at the welcome majilis before dawn. Relish gahwa, dates, tea, and coffee, before our

crew will enlighten you on the essential safety tips and instructions that must be followed during your

approximately one-hour ride. Next, you can next join the flight preparation team to help them unfurl

the balloon and further ignite the engine. Once the giant balloon is vertical and all set to fly, you will

board the basket for a tranquil flight over the Arabian Desert.

Important Information

• Please carry a valid ID (Passport or any Government-issued ID). Passengers without a valid ID will

not be permitted to fly.• Waiver Form: The waiver form must be completed and submitted online 24 hours before the flight.

• Maximum weight eligibility is 119 kg.
• Shared transfer pick-up and drop-off times may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on

traffic and location.

• Private transportation from remote areas will incur an additional charge, which will be

communicated in advance by our operations team.

• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• Children under 5 years old and adults over 80 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.
• Individuals with serious heart conditions, severe knee or back pain, recent major surgeries (within

the last 6 months), broken limbs, or a fear of heights are not recommended for this activity.

• Passengers with mental health, emotional, or physical disabilities are not allowed to fly.
• Due to UAE Government regulations regarding drones, drone flying during the flight is not

• Optional Add-Ons: Video recording of the flight and an event banner on the basket are available at

an extra cost.

• Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to

proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the

flight is cancelled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full

refund.

Child Policy

• Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
