• Age and Weight Restrictions:
  • Children under 5 and individuals over 80 years are not permitted.
  • Maximum weight limit: 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
• Health Restrictions:
  • Not recommended for individuals with severe knee, back, or heart conditions, or those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• Dress Code:
  • Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid high heels.
• Other Guidelines:
  • Guests must carry a valid passport or ID.
  • A waiver form must be submitted 24 hours before the flight.
  • Flights are weather-dependent. In case of cancellation, guests will receive a full refund or can reschedule.
